Food Vendor Requirements

San Bernardino County Health Permit

You can apply for this permit by clicking this LINK

  • County health department regulations will be enforced
  • Wash stations and electric power are NOT supplied unless otherwise noted.
  • A properly rated fire extinguisher with current inspection tag is requires for cooking facilities.
  • Site must be left CLEAN (including oil/grease spots on the ground) and free of trash, leftover food, cooking oil/grease, coals and ash. Dumpsters are provided on the south side of the stadium parking lot.
